First, you will want to check the audio and camera settings in your browser. When you log in to Caribu for the first time on your computer, you will be asked if you want Caribu to use your microphone and camera. Choose “Allow” and select the remember check box.
If you missed that prompt, you can also follow these instructions to change the settings.
For most browsers, you can get to this by clicking on the grey lock icon, located directly left of our web address app.caribu.com, as seen below.
Please set the Camera and Mic to "Allow"
